Basic Personal Data

Agency Data

  • Company trade name and legal name
  • National Taxpayer Registry (RNC)
  • Business address and branch locations
  • Tax information required for DGII integration
  • Banking details for treasury management (if applicable)

Usage Data

  • Activity logs within the platform (access logs)

  • DGII: Tax information required for compliance with tax obligations and electronic invoicing in the Dominican Republic.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or request from a competent authority.
  • Service providers: Essential technology providers for platform operation (hosting, cloud services), who are subject to confidentiality obligations.

All service providers with data access are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

Data Retention

We retain your personal and business data while you maintain an active account on Travel-Easy and for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

Tax and billing data is retained for the period established by applicable Dominican legislation. Activity logs are retained for a reasonable period for security and audit purposes.

Upon account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except for data we must retain due to legal obligations.

As a Travel-Easy user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
