Travel-Easy runs ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Some of these ads include instant forms (Meta Lead Ads) that let you request information, a demo, or a quote without leaving the app. This section describes how we process the data you submit through those forms.

Data we receive

• First and last name
• Email address and phone number (including WhatsApp)
• Company or agency name and job title, when the form requests it
• Answers to the form questions (for example, type of operation or number of users)

Meta may pre-fill some fields with information from your profile. You can review and edit that data before submitting the form.

Purpose of processing

• Contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp to respond to your request
• Send you commercial information about Travel-Easy, its plans, demos, and news
• Prepare proposals or quotes tailored to your operation
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on an aggregate basis

Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form. By clicking "Submit" you agree that Travel-Easy (bdevelopment) receives your data and contacts you through the indicated channels for commercial purposes related to our services.

Data source and transfer

The data is initially collected on Meta's infrastructure. Meta acts as an independent controller regarding the use of its platforms under its own Privacy Policy. The data is then transferred to Travel-Easy, where it is stored in our sales management systems with the security measures described in this policy. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention and withdrawal

We keep commercial contact data for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, or until you request its deletion. You may withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you at any time by writing to bmendoza@bdevelopment.net or by replying to any of our messages. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Measures include:

• Secure password storage using hashing algorithms
• Role-based access controls with granular permissions

• Service providers: Essential technology providers for platform operation (hosting, cloud services), who are subject to confidentiality obligations.

All service providers with data access are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

We retain your personal and business data while you maintain an active account on Travel-Easy and for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

Tax and billing data is retained for the period established by applicable Dominican legislation. Activity logs are retained for a reasonable period for security and audit purposes.

Upon account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except for data we must retain due to legal obligations.

As a Travel-Easy user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
