Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("the user", "you") and bdevelopment ("we", "Travel-Easy"), governing access to and use of the Travel-Easy ERP platform and all associated services.

By accessing, registering, or using the Travel-Easy platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you act on behalf of a company or organization, you declare having the authority to bind said entity to these Terms.

Travel-Easy is a specialized enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for tourism agencies that operate excursion and tourist transfer services. The platform is offered as a cloud service (SaaS) and includes the following modules and features:

• Reservation management for excursions and transfers
• Operational coordination of tourism services
• Inventory, catalog, and vehicle fleet management
• Tourism service provider management
• Electronic invoicing with DGII integration
• Reports, data analytics, and business intelligence
• User, role, and multi-branch permission management

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue platform features at any time, with reasonable prior notice to active users.

Access to Travel-Easy requires creating a user account. By registering, the user agrees to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process
• Keep account and associated company information up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials (username and password)
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of the account or security breach
• Be responsible for all activities performed under the account

The administrator user of each company is responsible for managing access, roles, and permissions of additional users associated with the account.

The user agrees to use Travel-Easy exclusively for legitimate purposes of managing their tourism operation. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
• Attempting to access source code, reverse engineer, or decompile the software
• Attempting to breach, circumvent, or compromise system security mechanisms
• Interfering with the normal operation of the platform or its servers
• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized persons or third parties outside the organization
• Sublicensing, reselling, or redistributing platform access without written authorization
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform
• Introducing malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the system

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the account, without the right to a refund.

Travel-Easy offers its services through monthly subscription plans. The financial conditions are as follows:

• Published prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes
• Billing is monthly and generated at the beginning of each subscription period
• Payment must be made within established deadlines to maintain active service
• Additional users are billed per user per month at the current rate
• There are no minimum stay contracts; the subscription can be canceled at any time
• We reserve the right to modify prices with a minimum of 30 days prior notice

Electronic invoicing is issued in accordance with the provisions of the General Directorate of Internal Revenue (DGII) of the Dominican Republic.

Travel-Easy, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, interfaces, documentation, and all platform content, is the exclusive property of bdevelopment and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Travel-Easy subscription grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform during the term of the subscription, solely for the purposes of managing their tourism operation.

Data entered by the user into the platform (reservation information, clients, suppliers, financial data) is and will remain the property of the user. Travel-Easy will not claim ownership of user data.

We strive to maintain the platform available continuously (24/7). However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may experience temporary interruptions due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (notified with reasonable advance notice)
• System updates and improvements
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, third-party infrastructure failures, power outages)
• Unforeseen technical issues requiring immediate attention

In case of scheduled interruptions, we will notify users as far in advance as possible through the platform or by email.

Travel-Easy is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform
• We will not be liable for data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• We assume no responsibility for the operation of integrated third-party services (external APIs, cloud services, infrastructure providers)
• Our total cumulative liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the last 12 months of subscription

The user is responsible for maintaining their own backups of critical business data as a complementary measure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in the following cases:

• Breach of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy
• Failure to pay the subscription for more than 15 calendar days
• Use of the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Conduct that compromises the security or integrity of the system
• Abusive use of system resources affecting other users

In case of termination, the user will have a 30-day period to request data export. After this period, data will be permanently deleted.

The user may voluntarily cancel their account at any time by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated as follows:

• Notification within the Travel-Easy platform
• Communication by email to the account administrator
• Update of the "last modified" date on this page

Modifications will take effect 30 days after notification. Continued use of the platform after said period will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to judicial proceedings. If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
